In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
A. Every minute, for 12 minutes: Min 1: 7-18 Calories on Rower or Assault Bike Min 2: 30-60 Double-unders (or 45 seconds DU practice)
The goal is to choose and stick with a number of calories and DU that will be challenging yet attainable every round. Each round should also leave you with 15-30 seconds of rest.
B. Five rounds for time of: 20 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35) 20 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
A. In teams of two, with one person working at a time except for the runs, complete the following: 100 Back Squats* (115 / 75) 400m Run 100 Kettlebell Swings** (53 / 35) 400m Run 100 Burpees*** 400m Run 100 Wall-Balls**** (20 / 14) 400m Run

A. Jerk Every minute, for 10 minutes: 2 jerks (push or split) Starting moderately heavy, increase the load every 2 minutes
B. CrossFit Games Open Workout 12.3 AMRAP in 18 minutes of: 15 Box Jumps (24 / 20) 12 Shoulder to Overhead (115 / 75) 9 Toes to Bar
