Join us for the 3rd Annual emPower Run 5K Run/Walk benefitting Harvest Hands CDC on Saturday October 31, 2015 at 8:30am at Dudley Park in Nashville, TN. Top Overall and Top Masters male and female winners will receive a 1-year supply of Humphreys Street Coffee and WOW! Soap! Soap, and awards will be given to the top male and female finisher in each age group!

Since our race is on Halloween this year, we are encouraging participants to wear costumes, and we’ll be giving away a 1-year supply of Humphreys Street Coffee and WOW! Soap to the top male and female costumes! We will also host our annual Harvest Festival following the race at Dudley Park. The Harvest Festival will feature a Kids’ race and costume contest, inflatables, games, food and vendors, and will take place from 9 am – 11 am at Dudley Park.
