Power Clean
Every minute, for 12 minutes: 2 touch and go power cleans

Starting moderately heavy, increase the load every 3 minutes

B.
15-12-9-12-15 rep rounds for time of:
Hang Power Cleans (135 / 95)
Box Jumps (24 / 20)
Pull-ups

Rx+ 165 / 110, 30/24, chest to bar
