Our Policy:
Per our membership contracts, of which you agreed to and signed upon joining, we require an email to [email protected] a minimum of 15 days notice before the start of the next month for all canceled memberships.
Text messages regarding cancellation will be redirected here
And fair warning: We do not offer refunds.
Pauses/Holds/Freezes:
count as cancellations and will require the same notice.
