Reputation and word of mouth are the best marketing tools CrossFit Forte could have. We receive praise from members as well as visitors from around the world who have dropped in for a workout. How do we do it? We take our clients’ satisfaction very seriously. Besides an open-door policy for recommendations, we allow members to participate in a semi-annual anonymous survey in order to make sure we are providing the best service possible and find new ways to enhance the Forte experience.
