15/12 Calorie Bike
15 Back Squats
15 Kettlebell Swings

Rest 5 minutes, then:
B.
In teams of two, complete
Five rounds for time of:
15/12 Calorie Row
15 Shoulder to Overhead
15 Burpees

Partner A bikes, Partner B squats, Partner A KBS, Partner B Bikes, etc.
