Every 10 minutes, for 4 rounds:
400/350m Ski
30 V-ups
400m Run
30m Box Push (45 / 25 lb plate)

Masters: abmat buttefly sit-up option, no weight on box
Rx+ ghdsu, 24ft HS after each exercise (4 mats), 55/35 lb plate
