Brandon Fender, a newer member at Forte, and Program Director for Treehouse Recovery, whom we’ve recently partnered with.
For those who didn’t read my email from the other day:
“In case you’ve not heard, next weekend we’re having our Christmas Holiday Party. Everyone from Forte is invited, and we truly want everyone one of you to come. You’re free to bring your significant other or a friend or two if they’re cool, if you so please.
The sole goal is to surpass the amount of fun we had last year, so be ready to eat, drink, and be merry!
When: Saturday, December 10th at 6:00p
Where: Monday Night Brewing (1308 Adams St, Nashville, TN 37208)
Why: Because I love you all
What: I will be giving my CC to the bar manager and opening a bar tab, aptly named the “Evan is Awesome” tab. Then I will be ordering a shit ton of gourmet food (aka dominos pizza) for you to eat on me. Proved to be an awesome time last year, so let’s do it again!
OTHER SIGNIFICANT NEWS:
We’ve recently partnered with a company called Treehouse Recovery. THR is an innovative addiction rehab program, given by the best medical and addiction recovery professionals, that shows you how to rebuild your mind, body, and spirit, with vigorous exercise being a large part of it.
Brandon Fender, who is the program director here in Nashville, is also now a member at Forte, and you’ll likely be seeing him often. We will also be painting the interior of the gym soon. I’ll share the mock-ups of the paint job on the website sometime soon. Treehouse participants will be meeting three nights per week: Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from 6:30p-9:30p, which brings me to our next topic:
6:30p Class
Because the attendance of this class has been extremely spotty, we will be – perhaps temporarily – eliminating the Tuesday and Thursday 3:30p classes. Should attendance boom back at 3:30, we’d certainly consider bringing it back on Tues/Thurs, so don’t you worry. This change will begin next week.
