1 Squat Snatch at ~60%

– Rest 1 minute –

Every 30 seconds, for 5 minutes:
1 Squat Snatch at ~70%

– Rest 1 minute –

Every 30 seconds, for 5 minutes:
1 Squat Snatch at ~75%

Masters: power snatch or squat clean option

B. (repeat)

3 Power Snatches (135 / 95)
3 Burpees Over the Bar

Masters:  105/70, burpees
