Tempo Front Squat
Every minute, for 12 minutes:
1 rep at 80+% (or 10-30 lbs heavier than last week)
Tempo: 33X (3 second descent, 3 second pause, explode upwards)
B.
Four rounds of:
60 Seconds of Plate Snatches (45 / 35)
60 Seconds of Overhead Lunges w Plate (45 / 35)
60 Seconds of Burpees to Plate (45 / 35)
After two rounds, rest 2 minutes (6 min on / 2 min off / 6 min on)
Masters: 35/25
Rx+ 55/45, 220 rep minimum
