A.
Front Squat
5 x 6 at ~75%

First 3 reps, add a 3 second pause

After each set:
30 seconds max double-unders

B.
For time:
20 back rack lunges
20 bounce back burpees over the bar
20 front rack lunges
20 bounce back burpees facing the bar
20 overhead lunges
20 burpee box jumps (facing, not over 24/20)

Rx+ 135/95
