Electrolytes. Sweat season is officially here. Pictured here are the best options on the market. Super clean ingredients, super tasty, and an actual quantity of sodium, magnesium, and potassium (which are the essential electrolytes, in case you didn’t know) that will be helpful. Things like gatorade are touted as a good means to attain your electrolytes, but in reality it’s just sugar water with a laughable amount of electrolytes, so not a good option. You can easily lose several grams of sodium (salt) per hour of exercise, so it needs to be replenished to feel and perform your best.
