A simple tip for improvement: if you want to get better at Snatching, or any exercise for that matter, watch and visually study the people who are better than you. Then, when you go to execute the movement, envision yourself completing it the exact same way. Simple, not easy.

On the minute, for 14 minutes:
2 power snatches + 1 overhead squat
Start at a moderate load, and increase every 2 minutes by feel and form
