A simple way to instantly improve your life: increase your protein intake.
Eating 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight will improve
-appetite
-cravings
-low energy
-fat loss struggles
-difficulty in building muscle
-performance
…and the list goes on
I really thought this was common knowledge, especially for people within the fitness world, but I’ve quickly learned it is not. There is much more to nutrition than protein intake, but this is something that can be applied today. Real whole food is always better than supplements, but do what you need to do to get 1 gram per pound of bodyweight (or 1 gram per lb of lean mass if you’re trying to lose body fat)
