C.
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16 etc of
Handstand push-ups
Pull-ups
Minute 0:00, 4:00, and 8:00 complete 20/15 calories on assault bike
Masters: push presses (95/65), pull-ups
Rx+ strict hspu, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 etc bar mu
