Workout of the Day

A.
Ten rounds:
200m run*
10 burpees

This is a fun one. I’ve done several times. Perfect workout to do when you want a good lung burner and sweat (it’s gonna be 80 degrees tomorrow!)

Try to push the pace on both exercises for as long as possible. 

*If you still don’t have 200m measured out, run for 30 seconds, then run back for 30 seconds
If you can’t run, sub with a machine or 1 minutes of jumping jacks.
