Midline/Abdominal/Six Pack Work
Three rounds of:
25 Russian Twists (25 each side – unweighted, but make sure both hands touch the ground)
20 Butterfly Sit-ups
15 V-ups

Rest 1 minute after each round

B.
For time:
200 Jumping Air Squats*

*At the start of every minute, perform 7 up downs
