In teams of 3, complete AMRAP in 30 minutes of:
30 Deadlifts
30 Box Jumps (24 / 20)
30 Pull-ups
30 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead*
*use two dumbbells
While 2 partners are working on the
movements above,
1 athlete will be running 200m.
The run must be completed in an ordered relay:
partner A runs, then partner B, then partner C.
