A.
Clean Complex
Every minute, for 12 minutes:
2 hang power cleans + 1 hang squat clean

Starting at a moderate load, increase every 3 minutes (4 total loads)

B.
“Nasty Girls”
Three rounds for time of:
50 Air Squats
7 Muscle-ups
10 Hang Power Cleans (135 / 95)
