75 Alternating Lunges with Plate Overhead (45 / 35)
75/60 Push-ups
75 Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
150 Anchored Sit-ups
75 Box Jump Overs
75/60 Push-ups
75 Alternating Lunges with Plate Overhead
400m Run

*Both Partners run, switching who holds the plate as needed

Or, working solo, complete:

400m Run
30 Lunges w Plate
30/20 Push-ups
30 Box Jumps
75 Sit-ups
30 Box Jumps
30/20 Push-ups
30 Lunges
400m Run
