60% x 3, 70% x 3, 80% x 3, (85%x1, 90%x1, 95%x1) x 3

B.
“Peg Legs Volume 2”
Against a 6 minute clock:
2 Minutes of Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
2 Minutes of Walking Lunges with KBs or DBs in Famers Carry
2 Minutes of Assault Bike for Calories

Each exercise will be scored separately
