A.
Snatch
Every minute, for 12 minutes: 3 reps (squat if you can)
Starting at a light(ish) load, increase every 4 minutes (3 total loads)

Odd minutes: touch and go
Even minutes: singles

B.
For time:
21-15-9 rep rounds of:
Power Snatches (115 / 75)
Box Jumps (24 / 20)
