-Power clean from floor
-Pause overhead for 3 seconds each rep
-Pause in the jerk rack position for 2 seconds each rep
B.
AMRAP in 14 minutes of:
18 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
15 Box Jumps (24 / 20)
12 Ring Dips
Rx+ 30 / 20, 6 / 3 ring MU
