Workout of the Day

A.
Push Jerk
Every minute, for 12 minutes: 2 reps
Starting moderately heavy, increase the load every 3 minutes

B.
Against a 10 minute running clock:
Run Around the Block
then, with the remaining time, AMRAP:
5 Overhead Squats (135 / 95)
10 Strict Handstand Push-ups

Rx+ 165 / 110
