After each set: 16-20 walking lunges with 2 x DB or KB (pick weight)

Conditioning
Three rounds for time of:
21 Box Jumps (24 / 20)
15 Pull-ups
9 Overhead Squats (105 / 70)

Rx+ chest to bar, 145 / 100
