A. Front Squat Every 30 seconds, for 9 minutes (18 reps): 1 rep at 85% (or 5-15lbs heavier than your last FS session)
B. CrossFit Games Open 14.2 Modified AMRAP in 12 minutes of: 2 rounds of: 10 Overhead Squats (95 / 65) 10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups Then, 2 rounds of: 12 Overhead Squats 12 Chest to Bar Pull-ups Then, 2 rounds of: 14 Overhead Squats 14 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
A. In teams of two, alternating between movements, AMRAP in 24 minutes of: 200m Run 21 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35) 18 Alt. Lunges w KB in Goblet Hold (53/35) 15/12 Calories on AirBike or Rower 12 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
Partner A Runs 200m, Partner B does 21 KBS, Partner A does 18 lunges, Partner B does 15 Calories, Partner A does 12 BBBJO, Partner B does 200m run, etc.
Coach Bob is retiring from the Army today after serving for 27 years. To celebrate, he is throwing a massive party here at the gym tonight – Friday, at 7:30 PM. We would love to have all of our members come and celebrate. Food + drinks + games + good people = Good times!
