Every 30 seconds, for 9 minutes (18 reps): 1 rep at 85%
(or 5-15lbs heavier than your last FS session)
B.
CrossFit Games Open 14.2 Modified
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
10 Overhead Squats (95 / 65)
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Then,
2 rounds of:
12 Overhead Squats
12 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Then,
2 rounds of:
14 Overhead Squats
14 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
If you finish the 14’s, go on to 16’s.
