then, with remaining time, AMRAP:
20 Shoulder to Overhead (115 / 75)
20 Toes to Bar
From minutes 10:00-15:00
Run 400m
then, with remaining time, AMRAP:
20 Thrusters (115 / 75)
20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
*Both partners run. Only one person works at a time for the rest.
