Double-unders
AMRAP in 8 minutes:
25 Unbroken Double-unders

Complete as many sets of 25 as possible

B. (repeat)

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
15 Back Squats* (bodyweight)
25 Burpees

*Use squat rack
