Annie Thorsdottir completing “DT” at 155. When this came out back in 2015, people were insanely impressed. Now, for all elite CrossFitters, this is just another Wednesday workout. Pretty crazy how this sport has evolved so quickly. 

Workout of the Day

A.
AMRAP in 16 minutes of:
24-20-16-12-8-4 rep rounds of:
Calories on Rower
Burpees

Rest 6 minutes, then:

B.
AMRAP in 16 minutes of:
24-20-16-12-8-4 rep rounds of:
Calories on Ski-Erg
Toes to Bar

***For both workouts, if you finish the round of 4 in under 16 minutes, start back in reverse order 4-8-12 etc.***

Each workout will be scored separately for total reps
