Workout of the Day

A.
Back Squat
3 sets of:
3.3.3.3 at ~70-80%
(or 10-40lbs heavier than last week)

*Rest 30 seconds between clusters, 3 minutes between sets*

After each set:
12 bulgarian split squats (6R/6L)

B.
Against a 10 minute clock:
800m Run
40 Toes to Bar
then, with remaining time, AMRAP:
Overhead Lunges (75 / 55)

Masters: front rack( (65/45)
Rx+ 50 TTB, 115/75 (minimum of 30 reps)
