Was asked today where my protein updates have been. Here ya go! This is what I call a dude meal, simple and to the point…and the point on this day was PROTEIN!!! Always protein. If you make protein your focus for each of your meals, you’ll see lots of benefits. This was around 4PM, my first of three dinners of the evening. Food and macro breakdown: 15 ounces of buffalo burgers, 8 oz of cottage cheese with an ounce of local raw honey, 3 clementines, 20 ounces of kombucha, and the buffalo sauce I stumbled upon at Costco and it is delicious. Dunked my burger in them before throwing down the hatch. Primal Kitchen is a great and super high quality brand you can find at all major grocery chains these days. What they do is replace the toxic industrial seed and vegetable oils that are ubiquitously found in nearly all dressings and sauces and they replace them with healthy fruit oils like avocado and olive oil. Genius and part of the solution to our health crisis. Macros: 117 grams of protein, 85 grams of carbs, 60 grams of fat, about 1300 cals. Eat your protein!
