A.
On the minute, for 10 minutes:
1) 40 seconds of assault bike
2) 40 seconds of wall-balls

Rest 3 minutes, then:

B.
On the minute, for 10 minutes:
1) 40 seconds of skiing
2) 40 seconds of toes to bar

Rest 3 minutes, then

C.
On the minute, for 10 minutes:
1) 40 seconds of rowing
2) 40 seconds of kettlebell swings

Score each workout for cals/reps
