Hang Snatch
Every minute, for 12 minutes:
2 hang snatches

Every 3rd minute, increase the load ( 4 loads)

B.
Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 rounds)
calories on ski erg
unbroken power snatches
pull-ups

start in reverse order on rounds 2 and 4

Rx+ 95/65, 10/6 bar muscle-ups

Level 1: 10/10/10 reps
Level 2: 12/12/12 reps
Rx+15/15/10
