Workout of the Day

A.
In teams of two, complete AMRAP in 30 minutes of:
250/225m ski
20 wall-balls (20 / 14)
15 hang power snatches (75 / 55)
10/8 calories assault bikeĀ 
5 DB burpee deadlift box step over (50s / 35s)

Partner A skis, Partner B does WB, Partner A does hang power snatches, Partner B bikes, Partner A DB burpee box step overs, etc

Or, working solo:
Complete a full round and then rest 3 minutes
