Sumo Deadlift High-Pull – we don’t do these frequently, but it is one of the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit, so it’s good to dabble every so often. Can never be too good at the basics. 

Workout of the Day

A.
Deadlift
5-5-5-5-5

Start light and build to a heavy set of 5
As heavy as good form allows!

B.
Five rounds for time of:
15 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
20 Wall-Balls

Rx+ 20 sdhp (105 / 70), 20/14 to 12/10 ft targets
2/1 legless rope climb after each round
