Three sets of:
3.3.3.3 at 70-80%
Rest 30 seconds between clusters, and 3 minutes between sets
Immediately after each set:
12 Bulgarian Split Squats (6 each legs)
B.
For time:
Buy in: 30/22 Calories on Assault Bike
then
Three rounds of:
15 front rack reverse lunges
15 burpees over the bar
then
Buy out: 15/11 Calories on Assault Bike
Masters: normal burpees
Rx+: overhead lunges (135/95), 30/22 cals for buy in/buy out
