Push Jerk Clusters
Three sets of:
4.4.4.4 at 60-70%

Rest 30 seconds between clusters, 3 minutes between sets

**Take from floor**

In the “rest” portion, complete 1 max unbroken set of strict chin-ups (supinated grip)
Keep track of pull-up reps

B.
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
15 box jump overs
12 ball-slams
9 handstand push-ups

Masters: hand release push-ups or strict presses
Rx+ 24/20 in, 50/40 lbs, deficit hspu (45s/25s – hi temps)
