Workout of the Day

A.
Midline/Abdominal/Six Pack Work (done on April 7)
Three rounds of:
25 Russian Twists (25 each side – unweighted, but make sure both hands touch the ground)
20 Butterfly Sit-ups
15 V-ups

Rest 1 minute after each round

B.
Complete the following:
40 Alternating Box Step-ups (approximately knee height and ideally with a weight)
5 Wall-Climbs
40 Box Jumps
5 Wall-Climbs
100 Reverse Lunges
5 Wall-Climbs
40 Box Jumps
5 Wall-Climbs
40 Alternating Box Step-ups

Rx+ hold an external load on the step ups and lunges  (KB, DB, backpack, barbell, water jug, etc – make sure it’s on the moderate to light side due to the higher volume of reps)
