Starting light, build to a 3RM

After each set: 6/4 chin ups

AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
12 Pull-ups
10 Hang Power Clean and Jerks
8 Burpees Over the Bar

Rest exactly 60 seconds after each round

Rx+ chest to bar, 105/70 (unbroken)
