Minutes 6-10 (5 sets): 1 rep

Then, minutes 10-15

60/50 Calories on Rower
40 Box Jumps (24 / 20)
Max Hang Squat Snatches (95 / 65)

Masters: 20/16, hang power snatches (65 / 45)
Rx+ 50 BJ, 115/75
