Increasing the load each set, establish a 10 rep max FS
Rest 3-4 minutes between sets
B.
Three sets, each for time:
400m Run
30 Jumping Air Squats
20 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
10 Burpees
Rest 1 minute after each set
Rx+ 30 pistol squats, 70 / 53
