Workout of the Day

A.
Every minute, for 12 minutes:
Min 1: 4-8 Strict Chest to Bar Pull-ups (1-4 Strict MU)
Min 2: 6-12 Handstand Push-ups (strict)
Min 3: 10-16 Pistol Squats

B.
Against a 12 minute running clock:
800m run
then, with the remaining time:
10 Front Rack Lunges (115 / 75)
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Rx+ OH Lunges (135 / 95), 5 / 3 Ring Muscle-ups

Score will be total reps completed

There has been a Tenocide at our gym that needs to stop. Save the tens.
