In teams of two, with partners alternating movements, complete AMRAP in 24 minutes:
3 wall-climbs
6 chest to bar
9 burpees
12 db snatches (50 / 35)
15 shoulder to overhead (75 / 65)

Masters: 35/20, 55/45

Or, working solo:
AMRAP in 24 minutes of:
3 wall-climbs
6 chest to bar
9 burpees
12 db snatches (50 / 35)
15 shoulder to overhead (75 / 65)

rest 2 minutes after each round
