10 wall-balls (20 / 14)

rest 3 minutes

AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
10/7 calories on assault bike
10 alt db squat snatches (50 / 35)

Masters: 55/35, 14/10, 35/20
Rx+ 105/70, 12/10 ft target, 70/50 db
