Private Movement and Mobility Sessions

CrossFit Forte also offers one-on-one “Hands on” mobility treatment/coaching related to structural dysfunction with Dr. Brian Low and Dr. Ben Howe, licensed Physical Therapists and CrossFit Trainers.
Sessions include:
-Comprehensive structural and flexibility assessment
-Tailored treatment addressing musculoskeletal pain and mobility limitations
-Postural retraining
-Planning and instruction for normalized CrossFit specific movement patterns
-Drug free pain rehabilitation
-Dry Needling (additional rates may apply)
-Kinesio Tape Specialist (additional rates apply)
Initial assessment is 60 minutes and the cost is $125.00.  30 minute follow-up visits are only $65.00.

Dr. Brian Low started CrossFit in 2008 and shortly after received his Level 1 certification. Partly fueled by his experiences with CrossFit and his interests in teaching and optimizing mechanics in athletes, he studied to obtain his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia in 2014. He is now a licensed Physical Therapist and loves working with members of all athletic abilities and is available to help with efficiency and movement optimization at the gym.

Dr. Ben Howe studied Physical Therapy and Clinical Science at Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY, where he earned is Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2006. Ben moved to Middle Tennessee in 2012. Since that time he has opened two Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy clinics and has served as a the clinic director and lead physical therapist.  Prior to moving to Nashville, Ben practiced in Virginia, where he started CrossFit in early 2011 and received his Level 1 Trainer certificate in May 2012. Ben has competed and completed a Full Ironman (2011), multiple half Ironmans, and multiple marathons.
