Increasing the load each set, establish a heavy set of 10

15-20 minutes of easy rowing, airbike, or walking (conversational pace)
ROMWOD.
Eat a lot of healthy food.
Sleep a lot.

Spend 15 minutes building to a heavy power clean for the day
Rest 90 seconds between sets
If you’re feeling good and want to take a jab at getting a PR, go for it. If you’re not feeling it today, let’s just help refine your form.
