Workout of the Day
A.
In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete:
1600m Run
120 Burpee Box Jumps (facing, not over)
160 Pull-ups
120 Box Step Overs w DBs
Partition the reps however you’d like. However, all the runs must be done as a team, so each teammate will run 1600m.
Minimum 200m at a time (again, all runs must be done together as a team)
Minimum of 5 reps per teammate before swapping in/out (no you go, I go single reps 👎)Â
Examples of how attack this workout:
Four rounds:
400m team run
30 burpee box jumps
40 pull-ups
120 box step overs
or
Two rounds of:
800m team run
60 burpee box jumps
80 pull-ups
60 box step overs
or
1600m team run
then
10 rounds of:
12 burpees
16 pull-ups
12 step-ups
Be as creative as you want. As long as each teammate switches after doing a minimum of 5 reps and each teammate has run 1600m, you’re golden.
