Hang Power Snatch + OHS
Every minute, for 12 minutes:
4+2 reps x 3 minutes
3+2 reps x 3 minutes
2+2 reps x 3 minutes
1+2 reps x 3 minutes

Start at a moderate load, and increase every 3 minutes (4 total loads)

Masters: hang power clean + FS option

B.
AMRAP in 2 minutes x 5 rounds:
5 Power Snatches
10 Pull-ups
Max Reps Wall-Balls (20 / 14)

Rest 1 minute
