AMRAP in 6 minutes of:
400m Run
Then, with remaining time, AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Rest 2 minutes

Repeat a total of 5 times, and pick up where you left off after returning from your runsĀ
